Key Rules: • Parking: There is a concrete pad in the rear of the home and a long partially paved driveway that can fit at least 6 passenger cars. There is no street parking. You will be charged for any damage to the grass by parking or driving through it. • Pets: Up to 3 Pets are welcome-up to 3 dogs, up to 2 cats inside, or caged animals, no snakes. You are responsible for making sure your Pets do not have fleas. There is an additional per Pet per stay fee due at booking and a $250 charge for unauthorized Pets or if your Pets contaminate the Premises with fleas. No Pets on the furniture or carpet please. Use the Pet relief area and do not permit Pets to use the bathroom all over the yard. Clean up after your Pets. • Smoking: Only smoke in the designated outdoor smoking area. If our cleaners smell smoke in the residence, including the garage, you will be charged $500 for each room they smell smoke in. Illegal drugs are not permitted on the property. Marijuana is illegal in Indiana. • Outdoor Areas: Please clean the grill when you are done and recover it if it has cooled off. Return outdoor furniture to its proper location. Do not litter, including cigarette butts. Burn only wood in the bonfire pit. So as not to attract rodents, enclose loose trash in trash bags prior to placing it in outdoor blue/brown bins. The fencing was installed for horses and may be worn or warped; do not climb on play on it. The barn, basketball hoops, expanded land area beyond the pool and the adjacent lot north of the Premises are generally not included with your rental. This land may be vacant or in use during your stay. Treat the land and others on the land with respect and cooperation as you would with any neighboring property. Any use of these areas while they are vacant is at your own risk and must be returned to their original state, including picking up any trash deposited by Guests. • Pool: The pool is open during the summer from at least Memorial Day to Labor Day. The pool may only be used when a responsible, sober adult is managing use of the pool, including adherence to the Pool Safety Rules posted at the Premises. Do not take glass or jewelry into the pool gates. Be mindful that tracking water into the residence may make the floors slippery. • Typically, the pool is serviced on Wednesdays or Thursdays and trash day is Friday. Recycling is not available at this property. Vendors may access the Premises to facilitate these services. • Events: An “Event” is any of the following: -An activity for which Guest utilizes vendors (paid or free) to provide on-site services at the Premises; -Any on-site activity for which Guest invites the public to the Premises; -Any on-site activity that has a commercial purpose; -Hosting or entertaining persons that are not included as Guests staying at the Premises; or -Any on-site activity for which more than the routine cleaning effort is required to return the property to its initial guest-ready status. Guests must state their intention to have an Event at the time of booking and receive pre-approval from Host prior to the Event. Vendors must have certificates of liability and any required licenses. Guest may have to show proof of Event insurance with Host and Host’s affiliates as additional insureds. Guests must clean up after all Events. Cleaning up the exterior of the residence or excessive or disbursed trash throughout the residence is not part of the cleaning fee. You will be charged at cost plus 25% if we have to clean up after you or put furniture back where it goes for the next guest.

Residence and pool exclusive to Guest. The entire Premises is available for Guest use in accordance with the Occupancy Agreement and Property Rules. Barn is excluded and may be rented separately.
